FMC delivers services to private industry, engineering teams, government municipalities and utilities throughout the east coast. FMC utilizes “In-house” Project Coordinators for all phases to include land evaluation, concept planning, EPC coordination, project cost evaluation/estimates, manufacturer direct purchasing.
Build Transfer agreements, PPA’s, Electrical, Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, Site prep trades to maintain control of the project timeline, and the P&L to ensure FMC delivers efficient quality projects for our client’s.
SAFETY
Safety compliance is a core culture priority at FMC. FMC utilizes a proactive safety program which includes regular certification verification, jobsite safety checklists, subcontractor safety agreements, and jobsite emergency procedures. In addition, FMC follows all OSHA and local safety rules and regulations.
COMMUNICATION
A project’s success depends on strong communication. Our commitment is to maintain detailed communication with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, utilities and inspectors. We adhere to communication checklists, scheduled communication checkpoints and establish custom communication preferences with all parties utilized on a project.
